1. Member Conduct & Confidentiality
Anthrazite operates on mutual trust. All technical discussions, benchmark data, architectural roadmaps, and pitch feedback shared by members are confidential under strict Chatham House Rules.
2. Peer-to-Peer Interaction Model
Members agree to engage collaboratively. Investors participate to offer advice and discover early talent; founders participate to learn and share AI engineering insights. Direct pitch spam, aggressive fund solicitation, or uninvited sales pitches will result in immediate removal.
3. Curation & Right to Revoke
Membership is invitation-only and subject to ongoing curation. Anthrazite reserves the right to revoke access to any member who compromises the community’s safety, high signal standard, or confidentiality rules.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Anthrazite facilitates peer connections and warm intros only. The community is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or venture capital fund. Any financial arrangements made between members take place independently outside the scope of Anthrazite.
